We are based in Aldridge. We are not a bricks and mortar pharmacy and operate through a warehouse.

Your username is the email you used to create your account. If you have forgotten this then please call us on 01477 536015.


You can access most the information we hold on you via your account once you login. If you want further records, please contact our customer service team on 01477 536015.

Any major changes to our privacy policy or terms and conditions will be sent as a notification to all our customers.

The verification process of your personal identity is dependent on the reason for verification.
Our team perform the necessary tasks to verify your identity from ensuring legitimate account creation to accessing personal information.

Pharmacy Related

Quantities should reflect the number of items needed to treat a single patient

You can process the order providing you have a prescription written by a prescriber who is aware that you will be processing the order on their behalf.
Your Acre Pharmacy account doesn’t need to be in the prescriber’s name.
You will have to provide the prescribers telephone number as we need to confirm that a face-to-face consultation has taken place.

Orders and Returns

We are not currently accepting signed orders through the pharmacy site, to enquire about placing a signed order please contact us using the following email info@acrepharmacy.co.uk.

Such returns will be dependent on the reason of return. Please contact our customer service team on 01477 536015.

To initiate the returns process, you must report your discrepancy to our Customer Services team within 48 hours of receiving your delivery where appropriate. The team will issue you with a ‘Returns Request Form’ which should be completed within 48 hours and returned back to us via email or fax.

If your return request is approved, Acre Pharmacy does not agree to credit or exchange any item(s) until the Returns Department have inspected and confirmed that they are in adequate condition. Products that fail inspection upon return will be destroyed or returned at the cost of the customer.
